Summary:
As a partner in building brighter futures for youth and their families, your role will be to provide clinical support that aligns with The Village Network's Mission, Vision & Values.
Essential Tasks, Duties, and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for evaluating the needs and developing individualized treatment plans to include providing psychotherapy and medication evaluation and management to clients with behavioral health needs and those suffering from substance abuse problems.
Prescribe, direct, and/or administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
Collaborate with physicians, counselors, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress to provide client with compassionate care.
Deliver services through tele-psychiatry as necessary.
Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Master's degree in nursing; a program that includes psychiatric care preferred.
Must be licensed as APRN; PMHNP or similar endorsement preferred.
At least three years of experience working with young adult population; at least two years working with young adults with behavioral issues preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and organization/time management skills.
Must possess valid Ohio Driver's License and maintain a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance.
Must be willing to travel to each network within region at least once per month.
Physical Demands:
Ability to comply with The Village Network requirements for using restraints including sufficient strength and completion of extensive training.
Ability to handle bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, reaching, and walking for periods of time.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds independently.
Must be able to remain alert to problems, needs or emergencies that might arise on any shift, maintaining a safe environment for the clients.
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels or personnel, internal and external to the company.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
