PT CSR II

Serve as the face of Home Savings ? the person customers most identify withthe bank. Maintain a professional imageand deliver excellent customer service while processing customer transactionsin an accurate and efficient manner. Learnbank products and services in order to resolve customers concerns and offerfinancial solutions. Flexiblescheduling, which includes Saturdays, is required. Job Grade R 03
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendlydemeanor, can-do attitude, and a willingness to help at all times.
Process all customer transactions in accordancewith bank policies and procedures and take responsibility to keep up to date onany changes.
Develop rapport with the customer base, greet byname, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely withcorrespondence and problem resolution.
Handle customer problems and difficult customers withprofessionalism, directing more complex issues seamlessly to management asnecessary.
Maintain a working knowledge of the complete lineof products and services offered, taking responsibility to keep up to date andrequest assistance for further development needs.
Maintain a position of trust and responsibilityby keeping all customer business confidential.
Follow the established Code of Business Conductand Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior at alltimes.
Maintain and balance cash drawer at close of day. Resolves and/or reports all cash differences.
Foster a team concept to help branch meet salesand operational goals, while maintaining a positive work environment for allemployees.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED). Minimum of sixmonths experience in customer service and cash handling.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
Must have basic computerskills and the ability to use all commontypes of office equipment. Must haveexcellent customer service skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have good written andverbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professionalgrammar and demeanor. Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with thepublic and demonstrate the initiative to initiate dialogue. Ability to read and comprehend instructions,correspondence, memos and procedure manuals. Ability to write basic business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information inone-on-one situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtracttwo digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations usingunits of American money.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
None are required for thisposition.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
